Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review our studio policies before booking: ➤ Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to book all nail appointments. Deposits go toward your final service balance. No appointment is confirmed without a deposit. ➤ Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Your deposit can be transferred one time if proper notice is given. Less than 24 hours' notice = new deposit required to rebook. ➤ Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Same-day cancellations or failure to notify us will result in the deposit being forfeited. ➤ Removals Removals must be booked as an add-on to ensure proper time is allotted. ➤ Late Policy Please arrive on time! There is a 10-minute grace period. After 20 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, considered a no-show, and the deposit forfeited. ➤ Payments Final payment is due immediately after your service. We accept Zelle, Cash, or Tap to Pay. ➤ Nail Repairs Free nail repairs are offered within 3 days of your appointment. ➤ Health & Safety Please do not book if you are sick, have any contagious conditions, or open wounds. We have the right to refuse service to protect the safety of all clients and staff.
